Comments - The only reason this film is not as famous as it probably should be is because just one year after the release of this film, Rajesh Khanna probably gave his best film ever in Anand (1971), with similar story line a patient suffering from cancer and dying, and Amitabh Bachchan in Anand acted better than Feroz Khan in Safar. This really is a gem of a film.
